Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product is received.
ANY RETURNS OR PROBLEMS THAT OCCUR BECAUSE OF AN ERROR ON OUR PART WILL BE HANDLED AT OUR EXPENSE. (You need to send pictures of the problem within 7 days after the product has been received to firstname.lastname@example.org and get confirmation from our staff)
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We accept returns in case the delivered item differs from the ordered item, and please make sure to check the measurement table before you order since returns regarding sizing issues are not accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
